Answer: From receipt of order, normal production turnaround time is 1 week (5 business days).

Question:Can my order ship sooner than 1 week?
Answer: Yes, after placing your order please call 800-932-1662 or email us using our form with your needed time frame.

Question:Will there be an extra charge for a Rush Order?
Answer: Yes, there will be a 25% surcharge added to your order.

Question:Do I need to send a copy of my patent with my order?
Answer: No, we will get the appropriate documents directly from the Patent & Trademark Office in Washington D.C.

Question:Do you have Product Literature and Price List?
Answer: Our latest Patent Plaque information can be found here online.

Question:: What does my total price include?
Answer: Your total will include our Staff receiving documents from the Patent & Trademark Office, preparing artwork, producing your custom plates, production of your Quality Patent Plaques, and shipping including insurance.

Question:Do I have to place my order online?
Answer: No, you can place a phone order by calling 800-932-1662 or email us with the product number, qty, patent number and payment method. Don't forget your name and a phone number where we can contact you.

Question:Why isn't the color of the wood plaque identical to may last order?
Answer: The color and grain of the wood may vary from plaque to plaque due to many factors including but not limited to the age of the tree, climactic conditions, soil types, elevations, insect and disease potential.
