If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please use email form if you have a question about a return or exchange.

Cancellations and changes must be made by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time of the same day you place your order. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.

1. When returning any products, please pack items along with the packing slip securely in the original package. Please be sure to protect all products from damage during shipping, as we can not be responsible for items damaged in shipping if not packed properly.
